Bathroom Full Refurbishment
Full rip out of bath and sanitaryware. Plumbing services laid below floor level to accomodate flush shower tray. Tiled walls throughout, gloss white PVC panels on the ceiling, new LED lights and extractor fan. Matt black shower enclosure, slate effect tray, column radiator and combined WC and basin vanity unit.
Shower Panel Ensuite
Removal of existing shower tray, enclosure and wall tiles. New slate effect tray installed at lower level, marble effect PVC shower panels throughout enclosure and door surround. Black enclosure screen doors.
Steam Generator Ensuite Shower
Ensuite upgrade to include steam generator, housed above shower cubicle. External control panel to control steam temp and time. Full tile throughout enclosure including ceiling. Tile to splashback level around WC and basin. Floor tiles, chrome enclosure, recessed shelf with spotlight. extractor upgrade and walls refinished.
Bathroom refurbishment in Tile
Bath removed and replaced with slate effect shower tray. Full wall tile throughout, boxing in to conceal pipework and soil stack. Matt black shower enclosure, new mixer shower, floor tiles.

Small ensuite refurbishment, WC and basin re-used as in good condition. New wall and floor tiles.
